        เว็บไซต์ MyiD เป็นเว็บไซต์ที่จะให้ความช่วยเหลือ นิสิต อาจารย์ บุคลากร ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ในเรื่องรหัสผ่าน ทั้งการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน การทดสอบรหัสผ่าน การตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุ และการกู้คืนรหัสผ่าน โดยนิสิตและบุคลากรทุกคนสามารถกู้คืนรหัสผ่าน โดยใช้อีเมลสำรอง และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ MyiD ท่านสามารลงทะเบียนโดยเลือกเมนู "Register e-mail/phone number" และเข้าใช้งานระบบด้วยบัญชีผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านปัจจุบันที่สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ออกให้
        เมื่อท่านลืมรหัสผ่านและต้องการกู้คืนรหัสผ่าน ให้เลือกเมนู "Recovery password" เพื่อกำหนดรหัสผ่านใหม่
